Peace, Love and Answers

Nothing can protect you from your belief that fear can affect except you. So many are suffering under the delusion that there is anything that can separate you from Divine Love. You can never be separated from something that connects you with everything and everyone else; nothing other than fear.

Peace is the way

Love is the answer

The question is when

There’s a lot going on in the world these days.

It should not really be surprising since we are all moving into the “new” 5th dimension.

Know that the Universe is here to support you–to support us all. Fear is not the answer; love is. The question is when will things improve. Or rather, when will we recognize that the way to that answer will only come when we let go of our need to fear.

Our beliefs keep us rooted to the 3rd dimensional reality that we think we live in. The truth is, it is those roots that keep us from moving forward. Obviously, this is easy to say, harder to do…or rather believe.

There are several Bible passages that came to mind when contemplating the events of the past few days. The one that jumped out at me is a familiar passage about the meaning of love from 1 Corinthians 13. Here’s the NLT version (New Living Translation) from the Bible Gateway:

13 If I could speak all the languages of earth and of angels, but didn’t love others, I would only be a noisy gong or a clanging cymbal. 2 If I had the gift of prophecy, and if I understood all of God’s secret plans and possessed all knowledge, and if I had such faith that I could move mountains, but didn’t love others, I would be nothing. 3 If I gave everything I have to the poor and even sacrificed my body, I could boast about it; but if I didn’t love others, I would have gained nothing.

4 Love is patient and kind. Love is not jealous or boastful or proud 5 or rude. It does not demand its own way. It is not irritable, and it keeps no record of being wronged. It does not rejoice about injustice but rejoices whenever the truth wins out. Love never gives up, never loses faith, is always hopeful, and endures through every circumstance.

8 Prophecy and speaking in unknown languages and special knowledge will become useless. But love will last forever! 9 Now our knowledge is partial and incomplete, and even the gift of prophecy reveals only part of the whole picture! 10 But when the time of perfection comes, these partial things will become useless.

11 When I was a child, I spoke and thought and reasoned as a child. But when I grew up, I put away childish things. 12 Now we see things imperfectly, like puzzling reflections in a mirror, but then we will see everything with perfect clarity. All that I know now is partial and incomplete, but then I will know everything completely, just as God now knows me completely.

13 Three things will last forever—faith, hope, and love—and the greatest of these is love.

Truth is truth. You don’t need to be a Christian to know that this is truth. It is beyond the need to understand; you know it in your heart of hearts. Love just is.

But apart from this truth, we must find in ourselves the other two, faith and hope. It’s important to remind ourselves of how these three shield our hearts from the drumbeat of fear and its close companions hate and anger.

Nothing can protect you from your belief that fear can affect except you. So many are suffering under the delusion that there is anything that can separate you from Divine Love. You can never be separated from something that connects you with everything and everyone else; nothing other than fear.

Shift your mindset. Change your beliefs. This is the way of peaceful coexistence with your perceived beliefs in that which separates you and leaves you suffering. Return to the truth: faith, hope, and the greatest of these, love.

OM – the Universal Symbol

Combined, this symbol is a microcosm of who and what we are on all levels of existence. Om, Shakti, Ommmm…peace to you!

The Source

Consciousness of the  Whole Universe

At the top, there’s a single dot…the origin of the Universe, undifferentiated, universal Consciousness. It’s call Infinite or Absolute Consciousness that no sound can express.

Just below it is an arch that is called Maya, which is the illusion preventing us from embracing the infinite state.

The part of the symbol that looks like a fancy number 3 is actually two separate parts; the upper part represents the Unconscious State that is really like a deep (undreaming) sleep. The lower part is the Conscious State, which is all about being truly awake, experiencing life through the five senses.

The final part is the Dream State. This is your experience of the world without being either fully awake or deeply asleep. This is where we ingest the experiences of the waking world and create our inner identity.

Combined, this symbol is a microcosm of who and what we are on all levels of existence. Om, Shakti, Ommmm…peace to you!

Blessings of Peace from Quan Yin

You cannot look into yourself and not see the soul of truth is in others.

Blessings of Peace

It’s easy to look upon those peoples

and not see yourself.

You cannot look into yourself

and not see the soul of truth is in others.

You must look deep within yourself now and say,

I am at peace.

Know this as your truth.

Looking for Peace in All the Wrong Places?

Are You Looking for Peace in All the Wrong Places?

Key Lesson: Rushing around, hoping to find peace of mind anywhere other than within yourself, is like looking for your heart in someone else’s body!

Find the True Place of Peace

Higher self-knowledge empowers you to realize the better, brighter life you’ve always wanted! The following four key lessons are taken from Letting Go: A Little Bit at a Time. Use their insights to help you let go of self-limiting patterns such as stress and anxiety in favor of a new order of consciousness that is the cornerstone of energy, clarity, and deep abiding love.

Any confidence you may have based on something outside yourself is also the basis of your self-doubt.

We have been living from an unseen part of ourselves: a self that thinks clinging to wreckage is the same as being rescued.

Letting go has nothing to do with the release of anything outside of yourself.

Here’s the most important thing to remember whenever you find yourself in a mad rush: what you really want, what you’re really after, is a quiet mind — a peaceable state of self reached only by realizing there is no place more empowering for you to be than in the present moment.

Extreme Gratefulness, part 3 of a series

Extreme Gratefulness – A Perfect Life Lived in the Supreme State of Thanks

Part 3 of a series on gratitude

by DeBrady (started 2/26/05, edited for blogpost 10/17/12)

Waken to the Peacefulness of Gratitude

Two thousand years ago, a prophet and wise man set forth a credo, love one another. Pretty simple, right? Well, for most of us–even those who identify themselves as saved by this man and his philosophy, find it a difficult credo to life by.

The Christ–or Jesus to those who call themselves Christians–is only one of the many who have walked the earth and preached about how alike we really are. It should come as no shock to most that we can coexist much more peacefully and live fuller lives if we can eliminate or reduce the fear of others from our lives. This means more than merely “going along to get along.” I means that we need to recognize that part of god in others which is also in ourselves. The Hindus have a word for this, namaste (nah-mah-stay). It’s a word which is commonly used as a greeting together with a gesture of clasped hands–much as in prayer. In a way, you are praying to god in the person age of the individual you are greeting!

Extreme gratefulness is much more than just being grateful to god. It’s being thankful to life in general and each other living being. The other side of gratefulness is forgiveness. They are inextricably linked in thought, word and deed. A perfect example of this comes to us through one of the stories of Gandhi.

Mahatma Gandhi is fairly well-known individual who preached–and lived–in accordance with the principle of peacefulness. Throughout his life, he sought to be the example by which others could live. He staged many peaceful protests to win freedom for his fellow Indians. In the end, an assassin’s bullet took his life, but, true to his pledge of peace, he forgave his assailant to his face as he was dying. How many of us can truly “turn the other cheek”?

No Exceptions, Just Choices (excerpt)

Cloudy skyline with quote: Fear not and peace will naturally be yours

Often you arrive at a destination where the sign says “no exceptions”. In life, you will find many places and conditions that either explicitly—such as, this kind of sign—or implicitly—customs of a particular society or area, for instance, which would seem to leave little or no room for personal accommodations. However, this is only true of your now-existing, 3D world.

In the new 5D world—which is knocking at your “door”—these “signs” will become increasingly scarce. As societies and restrictions placed on individuals, on behalf of the “greater good” are relaxed, there will simultaneously be less need for the laws, mores and other codes of justice which you are currently used to living under. This transitory time may be difficult for everyone, but with it there will be the expected clinging to fear and concerns around how to deal with those who have less personal control. This is to be expected and you who came to this wisdom naturally will take the lead in showing others how to temper their actions—and anger.

In prior dimensional shifts, your planet—and those who were living on it at that time—experienced a great deal of turmoil. Although there will be conflict in this shift, there is already schisms forming, which will cause those still holding onto the “old” 3D world, and the reality they associate with it, to rebel against these inevitable changes. It was not that they liked or were even comfortable with the conditions of their 3D world, they knew what to expect—or what to do—when conflicts arose. Increasingly, even to the most “dense” 3DHb’s [3d Human beings], they are finding that these “old” solutions are not working as they once did so reliably.

…Fear not and peace will naturally be yours…
